W3R is a Solana-based digital utility token designed for use within the WAG3R platform. W3R may be used for platform features, social engagement, skill-based challenges, stake-based competitions, user-to-user transfers, rewards, boosts, access features, and other in-platform utility functions made available by Wage The Game Inc. from time to time.
W3R is not equity, stock, debt, a security, a deposit account, a stored-value cash account, a bank product, a profit-sharing interest, or an ownership interest in Wage The Game Inc.
W3R is intended for utility, entertainment, social, and skill-based participation within the WAG3R ecosystem. You should not acquire, hold, use, stake, transfer, or receive W3R with any expectation of profit, appreciation, income, dividend, yield, or financial return from the efforts of WAG3R or any other person.
WAG3R makes no promise that W3R will increase in value, maintain value, have liquidity, be listed on any exchange, or be supported by any third-party marketplace.
Subject to these Token Terms, the Terms of Service, platform rules, and applicable law, W3R may be used to:
W3R may not be used for games of chance, raffles, lotteries, sweepstakes, casino gambling, sportsbook betting, or unlawful activity.
WAG3R may allow eligible users to stake, earn, win, lose, or transfer W3R through skill-based challenges where outcomes are intended to be determined by skill, performance, strategy, accuracy, timing, judgment, or other skill-based factors.
WAG3R reserves the final right to determine challenge results, eligibility, scoring, settlement, disputes, reversals, forfeitures, fraud review, and whether any activity violates platform rules.
WAG3R may issue, grant, credit, reward, revoke, modify, reduce, expire, suspend, claw back, or discontinue W3R rewards at any time. Rewards may be based on skill challenges, platform activity, rankings, promotions, social engagement, referrals, creator activity, moderation incentives, or other discretionary criteria.
No reward, balance, ranking, challenge result, or displayed token amount creates a vested right, cash right, redemption right, or guaranteed entitlement.
WAG3R does not currently provide fiat deposits, fiat withdrawals, cash-outs, redemption, conversion, or buyback of W3R through the platform.
WAG3R has no obligation to redeem, repurchase, exchange, convert, support liquidity for, or provide fiat currency, cryptocurrency, stablecoins, or other value in exchange for W3R.
W3R may or may not become listed, quoted, traded, supported, or transferable through third-party exchanges, marketplaces, wallets, or liquidity venues. WAG3R makes no representation or guarantee that any listing will occur or continue.
If W3R is listed or traded by a third party, WAG3R is not responsible for pricing, liquidity, delisting, volatility, trading losses, third-party custody, exchange failures, or transactions outside the WAG3R platform.
WAG3R may support custodial wallet functionality and external wallet connections, including Solana-compatible wallets. You are responsible for securing your account, wallet, device, private keys, seed phrases, passwords, approvals, and connected services.
WAG3R is not responsible for losses caused by lost keys, compromised wallets, phishing, malware, mistaken transfers, unauthorized approvals, user error, wallet-provider failure, blockchain congestion, Solana outages, smart-contract issues, or third-party services.
For custodial wallet features, WAG3R may freeze, restrict, debit, credit, reverse, adjust, or reconcile balances as required for fraud prevention, legal compliance, technical correction, platform integrity, or enforcement of these Token Terms.
WAG3R may freeze, void, reverse, seize, deduct, offset, forfeit, or claw back W3R if WAG3R determines, in its sole discretion, that the tokens are connected to fraud, cheating, collusion, botting, multi-accounting, exploitation, reward abuse, suspicious activity, sanctions risk, technical error, unauthorized access, or violation of platform rules.
WAG3R’s determinations regarding token balances, challenge settlements, rewards, reversals, freezes, and forfeitures are final and binding to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Digital tokens involve significant risk. W3R may lose some or all perceived value, become unusable, become illiquid, be affected by blockchain failures, experience transfer delays, or be impacted by regulatory, technical, market, security, or operational events.
You assume all risks associated with holding, using, staking, transferring, receiving, or relying on W3R.
You are solely responsible for determining, reporting, paying, and remitting any taxes, duties, reporting obligations, or regulatory obligations arising from your receipt, use, staking, transfer, holding, or disposition of W3R.
You may not use W3R in violation of applicable law, sanctions, export controls, anti-money laundering rules, platform rules, or third-party rights. WAG3R may restrict token access, transfers, balances, wallet connections, or platform functionality for compliance, safety, fraud, legal, or operational reasons.
These Token Terms supplement the WAG3R Terms of Service. If there is a conflict between these Token Terms and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service will control unless these Token Terms expressly state otherwise.
