Wage The Game Inc. is committed to promoting responsible, skill-based, entertainment-focused participation on the WAG3R platform. WAG3R is designed for social engagement, user-generated content, W3R utility-token use, and skill-based challenges, not casino gambling, sportsbook betting, raffles, lotteries, or games of chance.
This Responsible Play Policy is intended to help users make informed decisions, manage participation, avoid excessive or compulsive behavior, and understand the risks of staking, earning, losing, transferring, or using W3R in skill-based platform activity.
WAG3R skill challenges are intended to be determined by skill, performance, strategy, timing, accuracy, judgment, or other skill-based criteria. Users should participate only for entertainment, competition, social engagement, and platform utility.
You should not use WAG3R as a way to make money, recover losses, speculate on W3R value, generate income, or treat token activity as an investment strategy.
W3R is a Solana-based utility token. W3R may be earned, staked, lost, forfeited, transferred, revoked, clawed back, frozen, or adjusted under the WAG3R Terms of Service and Token Terms.
W3R has no guaranteed monetary value, no guaranteed liquidity, no redemption right, and no guaranteed exchange listing. Users should only use W3R in amounts they are willing to lose or have restricted as part of platform activity.
Users are encouraged to set personal limits before participating in skill-based challenges or token activity, including:
WAG3R may offer account tools, cooldowns, restrictions, or self-exclusion features where available, but users remain responsible for managing their own participation.

Users may request a temporary cooldown, account restriction, or account closure through official WAG3R support channels. WAG3R may also apply restrictions, cooldowns, feature limits, or account suspensions when it identifies safety, fraud, compliance, moderation, age, identity, or responsible-play concerns.
A self-exclusion or closure request may restrict access to skill-based challenges, staking, transfers, rewards, feeds, wallet-related features, or the entire account. WAG3R may retain records as required for legal, compliance, fraud-prevention, safety, audit, or dispute-resolution purposes.
WAG3R may decline, delay, or condition reactivation of a restricted or self-excluded account in its sole discretion.
WAG3R is strictly limited to users who are at least eighteen (18) years old. Minors are prohibited from creating accounts, connecting wallets, uploading content, using W3R, participating in skill-based challenges, or accessing restricted platform features.
WAG3R may suspend, restrict, terminate, freeze, or investigate any account suspected of underage use, identity misrepresentation, or unauthorized access. Token balances, rewards, and challenge results may be frozen, reversed, forfeited, or handled as required by law and platform rules.
Users should protect account credentials, devices, wallets, seed phrases, private keys, and approvals. You should not allow minors, family members, friends, or other unauthorized persons to access your account or wallet.
WAG3R is not responsible for losses, transfers, challenge activity, content uploads, or token use caused by shared devices, compromised accounts, unauthorized wallet approvals, or failure to secure credentials.
