These Skill Challenge Rules govern skill-based challenges, stake-based competitions, rankings, scoring, W3R participation, and related competitive features made available through the WAG3R platform.
WAG3R does not offer casino gambling, sportsbook betting, raffles, lotteries, sweepstakes, or games of chance. All challenges are intended to be skill-based and governed by the WAG3R Terms of Service, W3R Token Terms, Responsible Play Policy, and any challenge-specific rules displayed in the platform.
Participants must be at least eighteen (18) years old, have an account in good standing, satisfy any identity, age, wallet, location, sanctions, compliance, or eligibility checks required by WAG3R, and participate only where lawful.
WAG3R may deny, restrict, suspend, or remove any user from a challenge at any time if WAG3R determines, in its sole discretion, that the user is ineligible, presents risk, violates platform rules, or may compromise challenge integrity.
Challenge outcomes are intended to be determined predominantly by skill, performance, strategy, accuracy, timing, judgment, knowledge, execution, or other skill-based criteria.
Users may not create, promote, manipulate, or participate in any challenge that functions as a game of chance, lottery, raffle, sportsbook bet, casino product, or unlawful activity.
Some challenges may allow eligible users to stake W3R, earn W3R, lose W3R, transfer W3R, or receive W3R rewards based on skill-based outcomes, platform rules, and WAG3R’s final determination.
W3R is a utility token and has no guaranteed monetary value, redemption right, cash-out right, liquidity, or exchange listing. Participation in W3R-based challenges is voluntary and at your own risk.
WAG3R does not currently provide fiat deposits, fiat withdrawals, or fiat conversion through the platform.
Each challenge may include specific rules, requirements, eligibility criteria, scoring methods, stake amounts, deadlines, evidence requirements, time limits, submission formats, and settlement mechanics.
By joining a challenge, you agree to all displayed challenge rules and acknowledge that challenge rules may be modified, corrected, suspended, or cancelled by WAG3R at any time for integrity, safety, legal, technical, or operational reasons.
WAG3R may require screenshots, video, metadata, gameplay records, performance data, wallet data, device signals, account activity, timestamps, or other evidence to verify challenge results, eligibility, conduct, or integrity.
Failure to provide requested evidence, providing false evidence, altering evidence, deleting evidence, or obstructing review may result in forfeiture, disqualification, suspension, clawback, account termination, or other enforcement action.
Users may not engage in any conduct that WAG3R determines could compromise challenge integrity, including:
WAG3R may disqualify any user, void any result, cancel any challenge, freeze any stake, reverse any transfer, withhold any reward, forfeit any W3R, claw back any token amount, or suspend any account if WAG3R determines there is suspected fraud, cheating, collusion, botting, manipulation, abuse, technical error, rule violation, suspicious activity, sanctions risk, identity concern, or platform-integrity issue.
Disqualified users may lose challenge eligibility, W3R stakes, rewards, rankings, access, and account privileges.
Challenge scoring, ranking, results, W3R settlement, reversals, forfeitures, rewards, and disputes are subject to WAG3R review and final determination.
WAG3R’s determinations are final, binding, and non-appealable to the maximum extent permitted by law. Displayed results, rankings, or balances may be delayed, adjusted, corrected, reversed, or removed.
Users should submit disputes promptly through official WAG3R support channels with all relevant evidence. WAG3R may reject incomplete, late, abusive, repetitive, unsupported, or bad-faith disputes.
Filing false, frivolous, harassing, or manipulative disputes may result in warnings, restrictions, disqualification, forfeiture, account suspension, or termination.
WAG3R is not responsible for outages, bugs, device failures, internet issues, blockchain congestion, Solana outages, wallet errors, RPC failures, delayed transactions, incorrect submissions, corrupted evidence, platform downtime, or third-party failures. WAG3R may cancel, replay, adjust, delay, or void challenges affected by technical issues.
Users should participate responsibly, set personal W3R and time limits, avoid chasing losses, and use the platform for entertainment and skill-based competition only. Users may request cooldowns, restrictions, or account closure through official WAG3R support channels.
These Skill Challenge Rules supplement the WAG3R Terms of Service, W3R Token Terms, and Responsible Play Policy. If there is any conflict, the Terms of Service control unless expressly stated otherwise.
