Identity Verification, Compliance & Risk Policy

1. Purpose

Wage The Game Inc. (“WAG3R,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) maintains compliance, fraud-prevention, identity-verification, sanctions-screening, moderation, security, and platform-integrity controls to help maintain a lawful, fair, safe, and compliant environment for WAG3R users.

Although WAG3R does not currently offer fiat deposits, fiat withdrawals, or fiat redemption through the platform, WAG3R may conduct identity, wallet, sanctions, fraud, behavioral, or eligibility reviews at any time.

2. Right to Verify Identity

WAG3R may require identity verification, age verification, sanctions screening, wallet verification, geographic verification, fraud review, device verification, account review, or enhanced due diligence at any time and for any reason or no reason, in its sole discretion.

Verification may be required before, during, or after account registration, challenge participation, W3R transfers, rewards, staking, custodial-wallet activity, moderation review, account recovery, suspicious activity review, dispute resolution, or other platform activity.

3. Information We May Request

WAG3R may request information or documentation including:

• Full legal name
• Date of birth
• Government-issued identification
• Photographs or selfies for identity matching
• Wallet ownership verification
• Address or residency verification
• Email, phone, device, IP, or login verification
• Source-of-funds or source-of-assets explanations
• Challenge evidence or gameplay verification
• Additional documentation reasonably requested by WAG3R

WAG3R may refuse, reject, limit, delay, or revoke verification at any time in its sole discretion.

4. Wallet and Blockchain Monitoring

WAG3R may monitor custodial-wallet activity, connected external wallets, wallet history, blockchain transfers, account activity, device signals, token movement, challenge participation, transfer patterns, sanctions exposure, suspicious activity, and fraud-risk indicators.

WAG3R may use internal systems, service providers, blockchain analytics tools, fraud-detection systems, sanctions databases, or risk-monitoring technologies to evaluate platform activity.

5. Restricted Use and Sanctions Compliance

You may not use the platform if you are subject to sanctions, embargoes, blocked-party restrictions, export restrictions, or legal prohibitions, including those administered by OFAC or other governmental authorities.

WAG3R may restrict, suspend, freeze, terminate, deny, or limit access to accounts, wallets, W3R transfers, custodial balances, challenge participation, rewards, or platform functionality based on legal, compliance, sanctions, fraud, moderation, safety, or operational concerns.

6. Fraud, Abuse, and Risk Monitoring

WAG3R may investigate activity including:

• Cheating, botting, or manipulation
• Collusion or challenge fixing
• Reward abuse or farming
• Suspicious W3R transfers or wallet activity
• Multi-accounting or identity evasion
• Fraudulent disputes or false evidence
• Account takeovers or unauthorized access
• Sanctions exposure or suspicious jurisdictions
• Attempts to bypass moderation or restrictions

WAG3R may freeze, reverse, claw back, delay, suspend, restrict, void, investigate, or terminate activity connected to suspicious conduct.

7. Verification Failure or Refusal

WAG3R may suspend, freeze, restrict, delay, terminate, or refuse service if you fail, refuse, delay, obstruct, falsify, evade, or do not complete requested verification.

WAG3R may deny challenge participation, W3R transfers, custodial wallet access, rewards, rankings, support requests, dispute resolution, or account recovery until verification is complete.

8. Freezes, Reversals, and Enforcement

WAG3R may freeze, reverse, claw back, seize, delay, suspend, offset, forfeit, or adjust W3R balances, challenge outcomes, rewards, transfers, rankings, custodial balances, or account privileges if WAG3R suspects fraud, manipulation, suspicious activity, moderation violations, sanctions exposure, technical abuse, identity issues, or violations of platform rules.

WAG3R’s determinations regarding compliance, eligibility, enforcement, reversals, freezes, sanctions screening, moderation, fraud review, or verification are final to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Data Sharing and Compliance Cooperation

WAG3R may disclose information to regulators, law enforcement, courts, sanctions authorities, fraud investigators, service providers, legal advisers, blockchain analytics providers, or other third parties where WAG3R determines disclosure is necessary or appropriate for safety, legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, moderation, or operational purposes.

By using the platform, you consent to compliance-related review, verification, screening, monitoring, and lawful disclosures.

10. No Guarantee of Access

Verification, account standing, challenge eligibility, W3R access, custodial-wallet access, rewards, rankings, or support access are privileges and not guaranteed rights. WAG3R may suspend, limit, modify, or revoke access at any time in its sole discretion.

11. Relationship to Other Terms

This Identity Verification, Compliance & Risk Policy supplements the WAG3R Terms of Service, W3R Token Terms, Responsible Play Policy, and Skill Challenge Rules. If there is any conflict, the Terms of Service control unless expressly stated otherwise.
